Hosting server will provide a name
called “httpdocs://” that will be your base directory. In that directory for
you .html pages, you can put in the same, but for images supporting .html pages,
you can create a directory called “/uploads”. In that directory you can put
your images specifically in that.
For css files you can put a directory
called “/css” directory. CSS means Cascading Style sheets.
Like wise you can arrange separate Folders to each type of files. It gives a
clear clarity and control to your website process.
For database, that is hosting server will
provide. Generally hosting servers will provide direct support to MySql and
Php Database. So you can create a database to your website.
Once database is created, you can link your database with php files with
a basic DSN provided by hosting server.
DSN Means Data Source Name: Generally DSN
will provide MySql Driver, Hosting IP address, he will provide, Just we should

be connected to your php files, with a front end of .html files etc.
